As you know, this year I am on a quest for naturally beautiful skin. Not only have I switched my skincare routine to all natural products (I'm still working on getting my makeup clean), but I've changed my diet to include more foods that help keep my skin looking great.
I stumbled upon Wendy Rowe's book Eat Beautiful, while on my quest for healthy skin, and I absolutely love it! Not only is it beautiful enough to be displayed, but it is packed with lots of foods and recipes that nourish your skin from the inside out. The book is laid out by seasons with foods (in-season) and their benefits and recipes at the end of each season. There is also a section (my favorite) with beauty recipes for things like rosewater toner and calming lavender mist and Wendy's non-negotiable beauty routine.
I've had this book for a few months and my skin has never looked better! I love this book so much that I am going to give a copy to one of you!
