For Drive and Determination: The Olympics
How can you not be inspired by the Olympics? I absolutely love watching people compete in the Olympics, not just because they are such amazing athletes, but because they are amazing people. They are committed, hard-working, fearless, and driven to be the best they can be. I love hearing their stories, and how their grit and determination has propelled them to the world stage. It makes me want to approach each day with the determination to live my life a little better than the day before.

100 Days of Real Food, written by Lisa Leake, is all about cutting processed food out of your diet. Lisa covers everything from how to read ingredient labels to cookbook recommendations. It is a great resource for learning how to incorporate more "real foods" into your diet. As a bonus, if you subscribe to her email list, she will send you free meal plans!

This is an awesome podcast by Tracy Matthews of Flourish and Thrive Academy, all about creating plans and strategies for success in the jewelry industry. While the podcast is intended for jewelry designers, quite a bit of the content can be applied to all businesses. The sales, PR, and marketing advice in particular is really helpful. I would encourage any creative entrepreneur to take a look through the episode list to see what might be helpful.
